I would like to congratulate myself on a blog milestone: 100 posts! Here's to 100 x 100 more!
To start off our vegetarian challenge, I would like to introduce you guys to a fantastic new recipe Paul and I recently tried: Rachael Ray's vegetarian sloppy joes.
Paired with homemade spicy potato wedges, these are fantastic! This last time I also put potato chips on top of mine, which is what I used to do with real sloppy joes when I was kid. They are so tangy barbequey that you can't even tell there is no beef in these. Another recipe to add to the archives as a great success!
